1. Introduction

Welcome to Stargate Building Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website

you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services & License Activities

Stargate Building Solutions LLC will not provide any services or products to any Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctioned countries in accordance with UAE law.

We provide a range of professional services in the UAE, licensed under License No. 609911, including but not limited to:

• Technical Services
• Events
• Maid Services
• Housekeeping
• Marble Polishing & Carpet Cleaning
• Commercial Cleaning
• SPA & Wellness
• Cleaning Chemicals
• Plumbing & Sanitary Installation
• Floor & Wall Tiling Works
• False Ceiling & Light Partitions Installation
• Disinfection & Sterilization Services
• Metal Parts & Erections Contracting
• Electrical Fitting Contracting
• Electromechanical Equipment Installation and Maintenance
• Engraving & Ornamentation Works
• Carpentry & Wood Flooring Works
• Building Contracting
• Air-Conditioning, Ventilation & Air Filtration Systems Installation & Maintenance
• Building Cleaning Services
• Painting Contracting

Our General Terms & Conditions apply to any service we provide. The scope and details of each project are agreed upon separately in service agreements with each client.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

• Payments for services are processed through RAK Bank Payment Gateway and are subject to its terms and conditions.
• Payments must be made in full as per the agreed service contract.
• Refunds are only applicable if we fail to provide the agreed service. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@stargatebs.com with proof of payment.
• Refunds will be done on the original mode of payment used.
• No refunds will be issued for completed or ongoing services.

5. Service Delivery

• Project timelines and deliverables are outlined in our service agreements.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, client-side delays, or regulatory requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide necessary access, documentation, and approvals for project execution.
• Any changes to project scope after agreement may result in additional charges.

8. Intellectual Property

All design, documentation, and proprietary solutions provided by Stargate Building Solutions LLC remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred under contract.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These T&C are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We will not provide any services or products to any Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctioned countries in accordance with UAE law.
• Any disputes shall be resolved amicably; if unresolved, disputes will be referred to Dubai Courts.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
